Officer Agency) is bringing in new taxes on the installation of wind
turbines, solar panels and microgeneration technologies in small
commercial premises. This tax will/can result also in higher
business rates and council tax.
The whole thing has been carefully calculated to wipe out any long
term savings that might possibly have accrued. e.g. installation of a
wind turbine increases the business rate by £1,350 a year.
