Helo bobol
Tybed oes gan unrhyw un ohonoch chi brofiad o fynd i America yn dilyn cael eich canfod yn euog o weithrediadau anghyfreithlon yn ymwneud a materion gwleidyddol?
Dwi'n gwybod y byddai modd i mi wneud cais am Visa a chyfadda fy mod i wedi cael fy arestio a'm cyhuddo ddwywaith o wneud difrod troseddol yn enw Cymdeithas yr Iaith - a chael mynediad i'r wlad mwy na thebyg - ond tybad oes na unrhyw un wedi mynd i mewn i'r wlad efo'r Visa Waiver (gan ddweud celwydd ar y ffurflen ar yr awyren a dweud nad ydyn nhw wedi cael eu harestio erioed).
Ma na bosiblrwydd y ca i fynd i Efrog Newydd mewn mis ond dydi hynny ddim yn ddigon o amser i fynd drwy'r holl rigmarol...

Be da chi'n feddwl?

Hwyrach mai'r peth gorau i ti wneud yw cysylltu a embassy America yn Llundain a esbonio'r sefyllfa neu ar y llaw arall cysylltu a Swyddfa Dramor Prydeinig. Dyma'r ddolen.

Mae'r Embassy UDA yn dweud :
Important: Some travelers may not be eligible to enter the United States visa free under the VWP. These include people who have been arrested, even if the arrest did not result in a criminal conviction, those with criminal records, (the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act does not apply to U.S. visa law), certain serious communicable illnesses, those who have been refused admission into, or have been deported from, the United States, or have previously overstayed on the VWP. Such travelers must apply for special restricted visas. If they attempt to travel without a visa, they may be refused entry into the United States.

Yn bersonol, gwell cael cyngor cyn gadael.

Byddwn i ddim yn ei risgio fo. Ar un llaw, mae'n bosib na fyddai dim yn cael ei godi, ond y tebygolrwydd yw y dyddiau yma mae popeth ar gyfrifiadur a mae Prydain â'r UDA yn rhannu pob math o fanylion - dychmyga gyrraedd Efrog Newydd a chael dy droi'n ôl.

Dyma fy mhrofiad i o'r broses gan mod i mewn sefyllfa tebyg.

Roedd hyn 5 mlynedd yn ôl, felly dwi ddim yn siwr os yw pethau union yr un fath heddiw, ond daeth penderfyniad yn ôl o fewn wythnos i'm cyfweliad, er dwi ddim yn cofio pa mor hir roedd rhaid aros am gyfweliad yn y lle cyntaf - ddim mw na phythefnos/tair wythnos mae'n siwr. Ac mae'r fisa wedyn ddilys am 10 mlynedd os wyt am fynd yn ôl. Y poen mwy, oni bai ar anghyfleustra gorfod mynd i lundain oedd y bunses lluniau passport arbennig mae'nt yn mynnu, mond 3 lle yng Nghymru oedd yn gallu eu tynnu nhw - yn lwcus i mi roedd lle yng Nghaerdydd.

Sdrach a haner am rhywbeth mor ddibwys yn y pen draw. Diw ddim yn siwr sut bydd dy record yn ymddangos h.y. ydi o'n nodi gweithred wleidyddol, neu mond difrod i eiddo?

Gol
newydd sylwi mai mewn mis ti'n mynd. Gall fod yn dyn o ran amser, ond dal yn bosib. pryd oes rhaid i ti roi ateb os wy am dderyn y cynnig i'r dugwyddiad?
