Orange Customer Service
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email.
As a company whose mission includes a commitment to being first for customer
service,
Orange is constantly reviewing the options available to its customers.
We are also committed to helping people communicate, whatever language they
speak.
There is no obligation on Orange or any company operating in Wales to provide
bilingual services.
However, Orange has implemented a review of its signage and other in-store
materials
with the intention of providing information in both Welsh and English. Our
shops in Wales
have already begun to display signage in Welsh.
Orange is an equal opportunities employer and several of our retail staff are
Welsh speakers.
Kind regards
Marian
Orange Customer Service
Thank you for your mail concerning Welsh language services
I am sorry that you are not happy with the language service provided by Orange.
May I respectfully suggest that the majority of people that speak Welsh also speak English as a first language.
Orange within the UK does not provide language services to any group.
Our customers who may be visually or aurally challenged have very specific
requirements which Orange is pleased to address.
I trust the above information fully answers your query.

Annwyl Amanda Doyle
Ysgrifennaf atoch er mwyn gofyn i Orange ddarparu gwasanaethau yn y Gymraeg i siaradwyr Cymraeg.
Fel cwsmer rwyf wedi fy siomi’n aruthrol gan eich amharodrwydd i ddarparu’r dewis o filiau, gohebiaeth a gofal cwsmeriad yn y Gymraeg. Yn ogystal gofynnaf i’ch cwmni i ddarparu arwyddion a llenyddiaeth ddwyieithog cyflawn yn eich siopau yng Nghymru.
Byddaf yn gwrthod talu fy mil ffon symudol nes bydd Orange yn cydnabod fy mamiaith ac yn darparu gwasanaethau cwsmeriaid yn y Gymraeg. Fel aelod o Gymdeithas yr Iaith rwy’n barod i gael fy erlyn yn y llysoedd er mwyn tanlinellu diffyg parch eich cwmni tuag at fy iaith.
Edrychaf ymlaen i glywed eich sylwadau.
Yn gywir,
Steffan Cravos
